All sales are final. Please make sure to double-check your size before ordering! We use several different apparel companies, so be sure to look at the size guide specific to the item that you are ordering. If you need help with sizing, don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com
Change your mind? We start the production, including securing stock, quickly. Our website is busy and we can't offer refunds, so be sure of your order before you place it. Everything is custom on our website. If we are able to give you a refund there will be a 20% restocking fee.
RETURNING PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items are not refundable due to the highly customized nature of the product. We will accept returns on personalized clothing if we made an error in the customization of your product. Please be sure to use the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any typo errors, incorrect street numbers, apt. numbers, etc. We will use the provided address and if it is undeliverable or goes to the wrong destination, we will do our best to help track it down, but will not offer refunds due incorrect information that we are given by our customers. If you did not receive your package, please notify us withing 48 hours of reported delivery if you didn't receive your package. We will help provide the tracking and guidance to help track the items down. Most cases the shipping company can track down as long as it is reported within 48 hours. Refunds, credits and replacements will only be considered if reported to us within 3 days of confirmed delivery by USPS or UPS and you didn't receive your order.
