All sales are final. Please make sure to double-check your size before ordering! We use several different apparel companies, so be sure to look at the size guide specific to the item that you are ordering. If you need help with sizing, don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com
RETURNING PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items are not refundable due to the highly customized nature of the product. We will accept returns on personalized clothing if we made an error in the customization of your product. Please be sure to use the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any typo errors, incorrect street numbers, apt. numbers, etc. We will use the provided address and if it is undeliverable or goes to the wrong destination, we will do our best to help track it down, but will not offer refunds due incorrect information that we are given by our customers.
