Shipping policy

We ship all of orders via USPS or UPS.  Once an order ships, we are not responsible for the length of time the order takes to be received or if a package is lost by the shipping company. If an order is lost, we will do our best to help track down the order.  

As a courtesy, we ship to Canada via USPS.  Our shipping charges are based on weight and actual charges.  Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owing based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds.
